Erika Stratmann

A native of Falling Waters, WV, Erika Stratmann received her Bachelor of Social Work from West Virginia University in 2005 and Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration Dual Degree Program from the University of South Carolina in 2007.

A Social Impact Communications and Content Strategist in Washington, DC, Erika focused on consumer education, community engagement and advocacy campaigns. At the AARP Foundation, she led marketing for the https://connect2affect.org/ platform and also helped low-income adults with access to public benefits for 14.5 years. Currently, she serves as the Director of Communications for FasterCures, a Center of the Miliken Institute.
