Victoria Reiser

Vicky received a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from West Virginia University in 2015 and a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing in 2020.

After working nurse practitioner on the Stem Cell Transplant/Hematology Oncology Service at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA, she currently is an Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Rocky Mountain Cancer Center in Denver, Colorado.  She is the founder of Resilient Seven which fosters personal development and leadership potential among nurses throughout all career stages and delivers actionable data to nursing leadership to mitigate burnout, compassion fatigue, and turnover.
