Matthew Delligatti

From Fairmont, WV, Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2011.

 The 18th recipient of the prestigious Harry S. Truman Scholarship, Matt was elected to 9th district city council seat at age 20. Two years later,  he became the youngest mayor in Fairmont’s history.  He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Irene C. Berger, US District Court Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia, and to the Honorable Michael J. Aloi, 16th Circuit Court Judge, he co-founded Kettering Delligatti Law Offices in Fairmont in 2013 where he serves as Managing Partner.
