Jason Pizatella

Jason Pizatella received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2004 and Juris Doctor in 2007 from West Virginia University

Currently a member of Spilman Thomas & Battle PLLC, Jason served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Governor Earl Ray Tomblin as well as Governor Jim Justice and currently chairs the WV Board of Law Examiners. In 2022, he was named CEO of Contractors Association of West Virginia, which represents more than 450 businesses in the highway, utility and building contracting industry throughout the state.
